Carra Caravan Park, is the the ideal base for your camping holiday. We are a family run caravan park based in Belcarra, Castlebar in south Mayo, we are an ideal base from which to explore the west of Ireland & the Wild Atlantic Way.
We are a Fáilte Ireland approved park located in a small village, Belcarra, 200 metres from a convenience store, an Irish pub, a craft butcher, a church and a garage.
Located in Co. Mayo’s “tidiest village,” the secluded campsite offers mapped country walks — the Riverside Loop (60 minutes) passes fields and the Eviction Cottage. Facilities include a children’s playground, village fishery, tennis court and Sports Centre (handball, racquetball, badminton).

You can easily drive to Achill Island, Croagh Patrick, Céide Fields, Great Western Greenway, Ballycroy National Park and lovely beaches along the Wild Atlantic Drive.
